Our warranty extends to all electric scooter orders for a duration of 12 months post-purchase, accompanied by a 30-day return and refund policy for added assurance. Please be aware that the warranty applies exclusively to INITIAL PURCHASES conducted by the ORIGINAL OWNER through our online shop, commencing upon product receipt. Retain your original invoice for warranty verification. If your product exhibits shipping damage, kindly file a claim within 7 days of receipt.

We provide complimentary repair services for damage or defects covered by the warranty. Share photos and/or videos of defects with us at support@econscooter.com for evaluation.

Additionally, please note that EconScooter facilitates shipping arrangements for scooter returns to our repair center; however, shipping costs are applicable if it exceeds 6 months after delivery.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by factors not related to defects in material and workmanship. Batteries are not under warranty for specific conditions.

Limitation of Liability: EconScooter is not liable for consequential damages or losses in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Abide by local traffic laws when riding.
