Return Poilicies
- Products can be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Conditions for return include unused and intact products verified with pictures or videos.
- Initiate return request within 14 days via support@econscooter.com.
- Return products in original packaging with provided return shipping label.
- Shipping label valid for 7 days; failure to ship within this period closes the return request.
- New shipping label for the same products may not be free if re-requested.
- Products returned without the provided shipping label will be rejected at the customer's expense.
- Non-defective returns incur a 25% restocking fee; shipping costs, duties, or tariffs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refund issued promptly upon receiving returned products; bank processing times may apply.
- EconScooter does not refund price differences during promotional periods.
- Refund requests for failing to use provided coupon codes before checkout are not accepted.
- Discounts and promotions available only during specific promotional periods.
